TAX & ACCOUNTING QUESTIONS
How do I pay you?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
How often will I be charged?
This is dependent on the services you select and the service frequency. Most plans are monthly or quarterly, while some are one-time fees.
If I have Quickbooks why do I need an accountant?
The short answer is Quickbooks isn’t a human, it doesn’t know all the current laws, or the specifics of your particular industry. Plus, having Quickbooks doesn’t mean the work magically gets done for you, you still have to put in some effort.
Will I be locked into a contract?
We operate under service agreements, so they are month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter for recurring services. There is no long-term contract. The only requirement should either party choose to end the relationship (either you or us) is that a 30-day written notice is provided.
How do I cancel services?
Simply send an email to Misty or Nichole and let us know you want to cancel services.
“I have been using Pixel Financial for my business for two years. They have been doing my personal taxes for 4 years. I can’t think of two better professionals to work with than Misty and Nichole. Their thoroughness and professionalism is why I’ve recommended them to as many people that I can…”
“This accounting firm should have a day fully devoted to it in celebration for how amazing they are to their clients. I didn’t know working with a CPA could be easy, stress free, and dare I say, fun. Misty is doing great things to help me and my business and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and this company.”
